License Parameters definition

License Parameters means the number of concurrent Users, License Type, Territory and License Term, defined in Clause 4.4 or Clause 4.5, as applicable, unless otherwise set forth in the Order Form.
License Parameters means any factor that serves as a basis for calculating the amount of fees payable for the license to the Software as identified in the Order, including, where applicable, the total number of Named-User Developer Licenses, number of Floating Licenses, number of concurrent Builds, number of Developer Systems onto which Software may be downloaded per Named-User Developer, or any other parameter that serves as the basis for calculating license fees.
License Parameters means any factor that additionally serves as a basis for determining the scope of the license to the Software as identified in the Order, including, as where applicable the total number of Academic User(s) who may access Software under the relevant license.

  • Xxxxxx grants You a non-sublicensable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to Install and use machine-readable object code copies of the Software and User Documentation in Your Territory, only for purposes of configuring and monitoring welding equipment and capturing welding data, all of the foregoing for Your internal use only, in accordance with the applicable User Documentation and within the scope of the License Parameters.

  • Xxxxxx’x license grant is subject to one or more of the License Parameters defined in this Section 2.3 (License Parameters) as specified in the User Documentation.


More Definitions of License Parameters

License Parameters means the License Type, Territory and License Term, defined in Clause 5.4 or Clause 5.5, as applicable, unless otherwise set forth in the Order Form;
License Parameters means the parameters we have used to calculate the License Fees (if any) in addition to the License Term, End Users and Licensed Territory, as set out in the agreed Order for Software;
License Parameters means any factor that serves as a basis for calculating the amount of fees payable for the license to the Software as identified in the Order, including, for example, where relevant: (i) the number of persons who may use the Software at the same time;
License Parameters means the definition and limitation of the applicable license scope in Section 2.2 hereof.
License Parameters means any specific limitation on a License (as defined in Section 3(A) of the Agreement (Grant of License from K12 to Customer)) as stated in an Order, including, for example, number of Students.
License Parameters means the definitions and limitations of the applicable license scope to the License found in this Agreement and the Order Documents including, but not limited to, limitations to the number of License Cabinets, License Devices, and License Nodes.

Related to License Parameters

  • License Period means the period beginning from the Commencement Date and ending on the Termination Date.

  • Service Specific Terms has the meaning given in the G Suite Agreement or Complementary Product Agreement, as applicable, or, if Customer’s G Suite Agreement does not define “Service Specific Terms”, means the then-current terms specific to one or more Core Services for G Suite set out at xxxxx://xxxxxx.xxxxxx.xxx/terms/service-terms/.

  • Service Specification means and include detailed description, statements to technical data, performance characteristics, and standards (Indian as well as) as applicable and as specified in the Contract as well as those specifications relating to Industry standards and codes applicable to the performance of the work, work performance quality and the specifications affecting the works or any additional specification required to be produced by the DCO to meet the design criteria.

  • Technical Specifications means the detailed requirements for the Work furnished by the Architect and set forth in Book 3 of the Contract Documents.
