The License Model Schedule is incorporated into this EULA; «Аффилированное лицо» означает любую компанию, контролируемую, контролирующую или находящуюся под общем контролем с одной из Сторон настоящего Соглашения. Examples of License Model Schedule in a sentence

  • Software Licenses ordered through a Reseller are governed by the XXXX (with the exception of the Invoicing and Payment terms) and the License Model description set out in the License Model Schedule.

Related to License Model Schedule

  • Development Schedule shall have the meaning set forth in Section 1.1.

  • Milestone Schedule means Seller’s milestone schedule, the form of which is attached to this Agreement as Exhibit Q.

Scope of Work:

  • Project Plan means the document to be developed by the Contractor and approved by Webel Technology Ltd., based on the requirements of the Contract and the Preliminary Project Plan included in the Contractor’s bid.   • Maintenance Schedule means a document which describes the specific scheduled maintenance tasks and their frequency of completion necessary for the safe operation of those aircraft to which it applies;

  • Delivery Schedule means the schedule for the delivery of Services as set forth in attached Annex 3.

  • Project Completion Schedule means the progressive Project Milestones set forth in Schedule-J for completion of the Project Highway on or before the Scheduled Completion Date;

  • Reference Schedule means the reference schedule in Part A of this Invitation

  • Project Plans mean the plans for the Project that are attached to this Agreement as Exhibit “B.”
