License Issue Fee definition

License Issue Fee is defined in the Preamble above.
License Issue Fee shall have the meaning set forth in Article 5.1(a) hereof.

Examples of License Issue Fee in a sentence

  • In addition to the foregoing License Issue Fee, Licensee must reimburse University for all patent expenses invoiced prior to the Effective Date of this Agreement as provided in Paragraph 7.4 herein, and for all patent expenses invoiced on and after the Effective Date of this Agreement as provided for by Paragraph 7.4 herein.

Related to License Issue Fee

  • License Fee means the amount payable by the licensee to DMRC as per rates offered by the Selected Bidder for utilization of licensed space and accepted by DMRC to be paid by the Licensee along with other charges and any kind of Central or State Taxes, local levies, statutory dues, etc. that may be payable by the licensee as per prevalent law.

  • Licence Fee : means the fee prescribed by the JCRA under Article 17 of the Telecommunications (Jersey) Law and payable by the Licensee;

  • License Fees means the license fees, including all taxes thereon, paid or required to be paid by Licensee for the license granted under this Agreement.

  • Royalty Fee means a royalty fee in the amount of $0.00 of Actual Production payable by BC Hydro to the Province for each year of the Term in accordance with Article 6 of the Master Agreement.

  • Licence Fees means the fees, the amount of is indicated in the Purchase Order, paid by the Client in consideration of the Licence.

  • Sublicense Income means any payments that Company receives from a Sublicensee in consideration of the sublicense of the rights granted Company under Section 2.1., including without limitation license fees, royalties, milestone payments, and license maintenance fees, but excluding the following payments: (a) payments made in consideration for the issuance of equity or debt securities of Company at fair market value, and (b) payments specifically committed to the development of Licensed Products.

  • Creditable means that the value of this Plan’s prescription drug benefit is, on average for all plan participants, expected to pay out as much as or more than the standard Medicare prescription drug coverage will pay.

  • Hire Fee the hire fee specified in Item 13.

  • Sublicense Fees shall have the meaning set forth in Section 7.3 below.

  • Upfront Fee has the meaning specified in Section 2.07 hereof.

The Application Fee covers Owner’s time and expense in obtaining information about you such as checking your references and obtaining and reviewing your consumer report.  Administration Fee: “Administration Fee” is a one-time fee required by Owner. The Administration Fee includes items such as the preparation of this Lease Contract and related Documents, setting up your account ledger and other time, costs and expenses associated with the processing of this Lease Contract. The Administration Fee will be refunded to you ONLY if: i) an Exclusive Bed Space cannot be leased to you, ii) your Application is not approved by Owner, or iii) you withdraw your Application within 72 hours after signing the Application (pursuant to the terms of the Application). Otherwise, the Administration Fee shall be retained by Owner as liquidated damages, including but not limited to situations where you either: i) fail to sign this Lease Contract after approval by Owner, or ii) 72 or more hours have passed after your execution of the Application. You agree that Owner’s damages from your failure to sign the Lease Contract or attempted withdrawal of your Application are difficult to ascertain, and the Administration Fee is a reasonable estimate of those damages.  Common Areas: “Common Areas” are those areas located within the Unit that are not exclusively leased to other persons residing in the Unit.

  • Milestone Payment Date has the meaning set forth in Section 2.4(a).

  • Upfront Fees shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.05.

  • Royalty Payments has the meaning set forth in Section 7.3.1.

  • Royalty Payment has the meaning set forth in Section 6.1.

  • Initiation fee means a fee charged by us to you in order to create a credit facility for you;

  • Development Fee means a fee for the packaging of a Property, including negotiating and approving plans, and undertaking to assist in obtaining zoning and necessary variances and necessary financing for the Property, either initially or at a later date.

  • Royalties means all royalties, fees, expense reimbursement and other amounts payable by a Loan Party under a License.

  • Royalty Report shall have the meaning set forth in Section 7.1.

  • Amendment Fee means any fee offered, paid or payable to any Lender Party by the Borrower or any Affiliate of the Borrower (whether directly or through the Administrative Agent or any other Person) in consideration for any waiver of, or agreement to amend or modify any provision of, any of the Financing Documents.

  • Permit Fee means a fee in an amount established by the SFMTA Board, required to be paid by a permit applicant for permit issuance or renewal, including any late payment penalties or interest for failure to pay in accordance with the requirements of this Article and any other regulations adopted by the SFMTA Board.
