License Configuration definition

License Configuration means the particular components, license metrics, optional modules and languages of the Software licensed hereunder as set forth in the Order Form. License metrics may include, but are not limited to:
License Configuration means the scope of Customer’s license with respect to a particular Software, including, without limitation, whether such license is perpetual or on a subscription basis, the version(s) of the particular components of the Software that have been licensed and the number of seats or the site(s) licensed to access and use each such component of the Software licensed to Customer, subject to the end user license agreement for such Software (the “End User License Agreement”). Customer agrees to abide by the End User License Agreement (as may be updated by HMH from time to time), the terms of which are incorporated herein by this reference. The current version of the End User License Agreement is incorporated herein and located at xxxx://xxxxxxxxx.xxxxxxxxxx.xxx/XXXX.pdf.
License Configuration means the particular components and optional modules of the Software licensed hereunder and the number of Named Users licensed to access or use of each such component or module of the Software pursuant to this Agreement.

License Configuration means the particular components of the Software, the Customer Site identification or configuration (if applicable), the number of license seats expressly identified by Customer on the purchase order (or in other purchasing or registration materials) (if applicable), or the number of End Users licensed to access and use each such component of the Software licensed to Customer and subject to these Terms and Conditions (or, if applicable, the end user license agreement for such Software (the “End User License Agreement”)). Customer agrees to abide by any applicable End User License Agreement, the terms of which are incorporated herein by this reference. In the event that the terms of an End User License Agreement conflict with the terms set forth herein, then the terms of the End User License Agreement shall prevail but solely with respect to the Software program to which such End User License Agreement applies.
License Configuration means terms governing the specific licenses acquired by Licensee under this Agreement and the applicable Order, such as the number of licensed users, the applicable period of the license granted, and/or other usage rights or limitations.
License Configuration means those 2Ring Products and the number of seat licenses for those 2Ring Products, licensed by End User in accordance with the 2Ring License Agreement, during the then-current Support Period.

Related to License Configuration

  • Configuration means State-specific changes made to the Software without Source Code or structural data model changes occurring.

  • Software License means a license for the Software granted under this XXXX to the Licensee;

  • technical specification means, with respect to any Software, the document setting forth the technical specifications for such Software and included in the Statement of Work.

  • Brand Name Specification means a specification limited to one or more items by manufacturers’ names or catalogue number.

  • Commercial Software means Software developed or regularly used that: (i) has been sold, leased, or licensed to the general public; (ii) has been offered for sale, lease, or license to the general public; (iii) has not been offered, sold, leased, or licensed to the public but will be available for commercial sale, lease, or license in time to satisfy the delivery requirements of this Contract; or (iv) satisfies a criterion expressed in (i), (ii), or (iii) above and would require only minor modifications to meet the requirements of this Contract.

  • Software License Agreement means the particular Software License Agreement to which these Terms and Conditions are attached and incorporated into by reference.

  • Maintenance Services means SAP’s then-current maintenance and/or support services offered under and described in detail in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model.

  • Statement of Work means the description of activities performed in completing the Project, as specified in the Contract and as may be amended.

  • Licensed Software includes error corrections, upgrades, enhancements or new releases, and any deliverables due under a maintenance or service contract (e.g., patches, fixes, PTFs, programs, code or data conversion, or custom programming).

  • Supplier Software means software which is proprietary to the Supplier or its Affiliates which is used or supplied by the Supplier in the provision of the Services; Supplier Staff means all persons employed or engaged by the Supplier together with the Supplier's servants, agents, suppliers, consultants and Sub-Contractors (and all persons employed by any Sub-Contractor together with the Sub-Contractor’s servants, consultants, agents, suppliers and Sub-Contractors) used in the performance of its obligations under this Contract; Time and Materials means the pricing mechanism for the Services as may be agreed by the Parties and set out at paragraph Error: Reference source not found in the SOW; TUPE means the Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations 2006 (SI 2006/246) as amended or replaced or any other regulations or UK legislation implementing the Acquired Rights Directive; Velocity means the Metric which measures the total number of Story Points for Stories that have been accepted in a Sprint, indicating the rate of progress towards Acceptance of all Stories from the Product Backlog;

  • Standard Software means Software identified as such in Appendix 4 of the Contract Agreement and such other Software as the parties may agree in writing to be Standard Software.

  • Non-Microsoft Product means any third-party-branded software, data, service, website or product, unless incorporated by Microsoft in a Product.

  • Customer Software means software which is owned by or licensed to the Customer;

  • Client Application means an application developed by Customer that a) utilizes the Runtime Product, b) is installed fully on an end user’s machine, with all report processing local to that machine, and c) adds significant and primary functionality to the Runtime Product.

  • Licensed Materials means any materials that Executive utilizes for the benefit of the Company (or any Subsidiary thereof), or delivers to the Company or the Company’s Customers, which (a) do not constitute Work Product, (b) are created by Executive or of which Executive is otherwise in lawful possession and (c) Executive may lawfully utilize for the benefit of, or distribute to, the Company or the Company’s Customers.

  • Interoperability means the ability of a Qwest OSS Function to process seamlessly (i.e., without any manual intervention) business transactions with CLEC's OSS application, and vice versa, by means of secure exchange of transaction data models that use data fields and usage rules that can be received and processed by the other Party to achieve the intended OSS Function and related response. (See also Electronic Bonding.)

  • Support Services the support services, as described in the Support Services Description, that We provide to You in respect of the Cloud Service.

  • Software Product means any COTS which you propose to provide pursuant to the contract.

  • Service Specification means and include detailed description, statements to technical data, performance characteristics, and standards (Indian as well as) as applicable and as specified in the Contract as well as those specifications relating to Industry standards and codes applicable to the performance of the work, work performance quality and the specifications affecting the works or any additional specification required to be produced by the DCO to meet the design criteria.

  • Contractor Software means software which is proprietary to the Contractor, including software which is or will be used by the Contractor for the purposes of providing the Services.

  • Licensed Material means the artistic or literary work, database, or other material to which the Licensor applied this Public License.

  • Technical Specifications means the detailed requirements for the Work furnished by the Architect and set forth in Book 3 of the Contract Documents.

  • Client Software means software that allows a Device to access or utilize the services or functionality provided by the Server Software.

  • Software Updates means the Software releases, service packs, build updates or emergency fixes released from time to time in accordance with the Vocera’s update policy for such Software.

  • Server Software means software that provides services or functionality on a computer acting as a server.
