Examples of Licence Terms in a sentence
The HSBC Contracting Party hereby grants to the Supplier Contracting Party a licence to use the HSBC Marks pursuant to paragraph 3.1 of Schedule 24 (Licence Terms) of the MSA, in accordance with the terms of the MSA.
ADVC must not remove the Licence Terms from the Product or otherwise amend or modify the Licence Terms embodied in the Product or otherwise attached to the Product.
These Licence Terms, and rights granted under them, are effective upon and only upon the Company’s exercise of the Option under clause 7.3 of the Agreement (the “Licence Grant Date”).

No other right to the HSBC Marks, express or implied, is granted to the Supplier Contracting Party by virtue of these Licence Terms and HSBC and the HSBC Group Members reserve the right to use the HSBC Marks in relation to all products and services.
