Licence Issuer definition

Licence Issuer means the person appointed under this By-law and includes his or her designate;

Licence Issuer means any person or persons provided the authority by the Town of South Bruce Peninsula to issue a licence under this by-law.

• Any Application or other document provided to the Licence Issuer by or on behalf of the Applicant or Licensee contains a false statement or provides false information.
