Licence Fee definition

Licence Fee. : means the fee prescribed by the JCRA under Article 17 of the Telecommunications (Jersey) Law and payable by the Licensee;
Licence Fee means the Licence Fee as set out in the Term Sheet;
Licence Fee means the licence fee specified in Item 7 of Schedule 1.

Examples of Licence Fee in a sentence

  • In consideration of the appointment of the Approved Activity Provider pursuant to clause 2.1, the Approved Activity Provider shall pay ASL the Licence Fee annually in advance, the first payment to be made on signature of this Agreement and on each anniversary thereafter.

  • The University gives the Licensee the right to occupy a Room as a private study room only and for no other purpose and to use the Common Areas for the periods set out in this Licence, subject to the Licensee remaining a student of the University, paying the Licence Fee and complying with the terms of this Licence.

  • The Licence Fee may be reviewed at the expiry of each Contract Year and any increase to the Licence Fee shall be notified to the Approved Activity Provider.


More Definitions of Licence Fee

Licence Fee means the fee specified in the Licence Certificate.
