Library Services definition

Library Services means the public lending library and reference library services provided by, the Inverclyde Council through the Libraries, Museum and Archive section of the Education, Communities and Organisational Development directorate, and for the purposes of these Management Rules includes such services ancillary thereto as are provided from time to time.

Library Services means those activities in which libraries engage in the following:

Library Services includes lending books and other media to the public, offering programs to the public, and providing collection management and technical services in the course of operating a library. Except as otherwise provided herein, Library Services does not include maintenance of the Building.

More Definitions of Library Services

Library Services means what the Library does for, or offers to, the public in an effort to meet a defined set of community needs.
