Library Plan means the statement of the corporate direction of the Regional Library including objectives, strategies, performance indicators and any other information required by section 125 of the Act;

More Definitions of Library Plan

Library Plan means the library plan prepared by the CEO in consultation with the Council, containing the statement of the corporate direction of CCLC during a rolling four (4) year period and including CCLC’s objectives, strategies, strategic indicators for monitoring the achievement of objectives aligned to Council’s strategic documents, and any other information reasonable required by the Council or Law. Local Law No.1 means the local law titled ‘Xxxxx Cardinia Library Corporation, Local Law No. 1’, in respect of CCLC’s meeting procedures and use of its common seal, made in accordance with Part 5 of the Act, as may be amended from time to time under Division 3 of the Local Government Act 2020 (Vic).

  • Primary Plan means a Plan that, in accordance with the rules regarding the order of benefits determination, provides benefits or benefit payments without considering any other Plan.

  • Redevelopment Plan means the “Lincoln Center Redevelopment Plan” passed, adopted and approved by the City pursuant to the Resolution, and shall include any amendment of said Redevelopment Plan heretofore or hereafter made by the City pursuant to law.

  • Marketing Plan means a plan or system concerning a material aspect of conducting business. Indicia of a marketing plan include any of the following:

  • Network plan means a policy of group health insurance offered by an insurer under which the financing and delivery of medical care, including items and services paid for as medical care, are provided, in whole or in part, through a defined set of providers under contract with the insurer. The term does not include an arrangement for the financing of premiums.

  • PRIMARY PLAN (PRIMARY means a plan whose benefits for a person's healthcare coverage must be determined without taking the existence of any other plan into consideration.

  • Improvement Plan means the plan required by the Authority from the Supplier which shall detail how the Supplier will improve the provision of the Goods and/or Services pursuant to Clause 29.1.1 (Authority Remedies);

  • Training Plan means the plan that outlines what training and assessment will be conducted off-the-job and what will be conducted on-the-job and how the Registered Training Organisation will assist in ensuring the integrity of both aspects of the training and assessment process.

  • Work Plan means a plan that describes each individual activity to be conducted to complete eligible activities and the associated costs of each individual activity.

  • Decommissioning Plan means the document containing detailed information on the proposed decommissioning and covering the following: the selected decommissioning strategy; the schedule, type and sequence of decommissioning activities; the waste management strategy applied, including clearance; the proposed end state; the storage and disposal of the waste from decommissioning; the timeframe for decommissioning; the cost estimates for the completion of decommissioning; and the objectives, expected results, milestones, target dates, as well as the corresponding key performance indicators, including, as appropriate, earned value based indicators. The plan is prepared by the nuclear facility license holder and is reflected in the multiannual work programmes of the Programme;

  • Operating Plan means a plan adopted or amended under this section for the development, redevelopment, maintenance, operation and promotion of a business improvement district, including all of the following:

  • Project Implementation Plan means the detail plan submitted by the Developer with regard to development of Project Facilities and its operation and management thereof in accordance with this Agreement and to be appended as Schedule 9 to this Agreement.
