Library Materials definition

Library Materials means books, periodicals, related ordering, processing, cataloging or binding costs or services, reference databases, cataloging and/or security systems, maps, documents, microforms, computer software, or prerecorded audio-visual resources for the benefit of student learning.
Library Materials means (as appropriate) either: (i) all materials, plant, machinery, equipment and any other items supplied to the Contractor by the Library; or (ii) all items of property supplied or paid for by the Library for the purposes of the performance of the Contract.
Library Materials means books, videotapes, periodicals, subscriptions, serials, electronic information products and any other media, purchased by the Library for use by the public;

More Definitions of Library Materials

Library Materials means books, videos, magazines, audiobooks, digital content products and any other media purchased by the Library for use by the public.
Library Materials means a book, plate, picture, photograph, engraving, painting, drawing, map, newspaper, magazine, pamphlet, broadside, manuscript, document, letter, public record, microfilm, sound recording, audiovisual materials in any format, electronic data processing records, artifacts, or other documentary, written or printed materials regardless of physical form or characteristics, belonging to, on loan to, or otherwise in the custody of a library.
Library Materials means the same as that term is defined in Section 76-6-801.
Library Materials means the OhioLINK Central Collection and the Local Shared Collection. Library Materials may include physical and electronic materials in any format, but does not include laptops and other devices or objects that are circulated from the Member library merely as a point of convenience, reserve items, or items that have special limited circulation rules that also apply to the patrons of Member.
Library Materials or "materials" means books and other items which may be borrowed from the Library, whether owned by the Tualatin Library or another library, so long as they are borrowed from or disbursed by the Tualatin Library.
