Library Films definition

Library Films means any and all Films that have been completed and/or acquired, delivered, and for which the Exploitation has commenced on or prior to the date of this Agreement, and any and all additional Films that have been completed and/or acquired, delivered, and for which the Exploitation has commenced after the date of this Agreement, but on or prior to the Closing Date. For the avoidance of doubt, the term “Library Films” shall include all Films other than Films In Progress and Development Projects.
Library Films means any and all Films that have been completed, acquired and/or delivered, and for which the Exploitation has commenced on or prior to the date of this Agreement, and any and all additional Films that have been completed, acquired and/or delivered, and for which the Exploitation has commenced after the date of this Agreement, but on or prior to the Closing Date. For the avoidance of doubt, the term “Library Films” shall include all Films other than Films-in-Progress.
Library Films means the films listed on Schedule 1.01 and all other Films other than (and only for so long as such Films are) First-Run Feature Films but only to the extent that any of the foregoing are owned or all of the MGM/Orion Companies distribution rights thereto are owned (including by way of license) by an Obligor.

Examples of Library Films in a sentence

  • Licensee shall notify Licensor in writing within thirty (30) days after Licensee’s receipt of the Library Avail List of those Library Films that Licensee has selected to license as Library Films hereunder in accordance with Section 3.1 above.

  • Licensor shall provide Licensee prior to the Effective Date an availability list setting forth the Library Films available for licensing hereunder during each Avail Term in the applicable Territory, together with such Library Film’s Availability Date, License Period and available resolutions in such Territory (“Library Avail List”).

  • Autofluorescence imaging of cystoid macular edema in diabetic retinopathy.

  • Telkom has launched proceedings at the Competition Tribunal relating to one of these spectrum arrangements and the Authority has been cited as a party therein.

  • Licensor shall provide Licensee (i) on the Effective Date, a list of Library Films available for license hereunder on a non-exclusive Free-On-Demand basis with respect to the Term Year 1 and (ii) by September 1 of each Term Year, a list of Library Films available for license hereunder on a non-exclusive Free-On-Demand basis with respect to the following Term Year, specifying the Library FOD Availability Period (each of the foregoing, a “Library FOD List”).

  • Licensee shall have the right to select from such Library FOD List which Library Films it desires to license for Free-On-Demand hereunder, and each Library Film selected by Licensee shall be a Library FOD Program; provided, however, that, with respect to each FOD Exhibition Year, Licensee shall select a number of Library FOD Programs for which the aggregate FOD License Fees equal or exceed the FOD Minimum Fee.

  • Each Library FOD List shall include all Library Films that Licensor has cleared and made available for Free-On-Demand in the Territory as of the date of such Library FOD List, it being understood that the clearance of certain titles offered (in excess of the number necessary to meet Licensee’s licensing obligations hereunder) may require ads to be run in connection with each exhibition.

  • Subject to Section 5.7 hereof, each Library PPV List shall include those Library Films that Licensor has cleared and made available for non-exclusive Pay-Per-View in the Territory (subject to clearance which, for the avoidance of doubt, may impose additional restrictions (e.g., with respect to platform)) as of the date of such Library PPV List.


More Definitions of Library Films

Library Films means the films listed on Schedule 1.01(A) and all other Films other than (and only for so long as such Films are) Existing 1997 Films.

Related to Library Films

  • Library means a code module that cannot be installed or executed separately from an Application and that is developed by You in compliance with the Documentation and Program Requirements only for use with iOS Products, Apple Watch, or Apple TV.

  • Research Data means documents in a digital form, other than scientific publications, which are collected or produced in the course of scientific research activities and are used as evidence in the research process, or are commonly accepted in the research community as necessary to validate research findings and results;

  • Image receptor means any device, such as a fluorescent screen or radiographic film, which transforms incident X-ray photons either into a visible image or into another form which can be made into a visible image by further transformations.

  • Study Data shall have the meaning set forth in Section 8.1.

  • Program Materials means the documents and information provided by the Program Administrator specifying the qualifying EEMs, technology requirements, costs and other Program requirements, which include, without limitation, program guidelines and requirements, application forms and approval letters.

  • SAP Technology Solution(s means SAP NetWeaver Foundation for Third Party Applications, SAP Business Technology Platform (excluding when used solely as a Connectivity App between an SAP Application and ERP), SAP Signavio Solutions and SAP Process Insights (including any renamed, prior and/or successor versions of any of the foregoing made generally available by SAP if any but excluding when any of the foregoing are used as a User Interface for ERP.

  • Artwork has the meaning set forth in Section 1.6(a).

  • Study Materials means all the materials and information created for the Study, or required to be submitted to the Sponsor including all data, results, Biological Samples, Case Report Forms (or their equivalent) in whatever form held, conclusions, discoveries, inventions, know-how and the like, whether patentable or not, relating to the Study, which are discovered or developed as a result of the Study, but excluding the Institution’s ordinary patient records.

  • APIs means SAP application programming interface and accompanying or related Documentation, source code, tools, executable applications, libraries, subroutines, widgets and other materials made available by SAP or through SAP tools or SAP Software Development Kit (and all derivative works or modifications thereof) to Provider that allow Provider to integrate the Provider Service with the Cloud Service, including any access code, authentication keys or similar mechanisms to enable access of the APIs.

  • Product Data are illustrations, standard schedules, performance charts, instructions, brochures, diagrams, and other information furnished by the Contractor to illustrate materials or equipment for some portion of the Work.

  • Developed Materials means Materials created, made, or developed by Contractor or Subcontractors, either solely or jointly with the Court or Court Contractors, in the course of providing the Work under this Agreement, and all Intellectual Property Rights therein and thereto, including, without limitation, (i) all work-in-process, data or information, (ii) all modifications, enhancements and derivative works made to Contractor Materials, and (iii) all Deliverables; provided, however, that Developed Materials do not include Contractor Materials.

  • Research record means any data, document, computer file, computer diskette, or any other written or non-written account or object that reasonably may be expected to provide evidence or information regarding the proposed, conducted, or reported research that constitutes the subject of an allegation of research misconduct. A research record includes, but is not limited to, grant or contract applications, whether funded or unfunded; grant or contract progress and other reports; laboratory notebooks; notes; correspondence; videos; photographs; X-ray film; slides; biological materials; computer files and printouts; manuscripts and publications; equipment use logs; laboratory procurement records; animal facility records; human and animal subject protocols; consent forms; medical charts; and patient research files.

  • Development Data means any and all research data, pharmacology data, chemistry, manufacturing and control data, preclinical data, clinical data and all other documentation (including raw data) compiled, developed or generated with respect to the Compound or Product.

  • Librarian means an educator who provides full-time library ser- vices and holds the relevant certificate from SBEC.

  • IP Materials has the meaning given to it in clause E8.1 (Intellectual Property Rights).

  • Source-image receptor distance means the distance from the source to the center of the input surface of the image receptor.

  • Cartridge filter means a discrete filter unit containing one or more disposable cartridges that contain both filter paper and activated carbon which trap and remove contaminants from the cleaning solvent.

  • Antibody means a molecule or a gene encoding such a molecule comprising or containing one or more immunoglobulin variable domains or parts of such domains or any existing or future fragments, variants, modifications or derivatives thereof.

  • Research Materials means all tangible materials other than Subject Data first produced in the performance of this CRADA.

  • audiovisual work means a work that consists of a series of related images which impart the impression of motion, with or without accompanying sounds, susceptible of being made visible and, where accompanied by sounds, susceptible of being made audible;

  • Firmware means software sold or licensed only in conjunction with machines, designed for execution only on a machine with which it is provided, designed only for machines other than a dedicated computer, and embedded into or installed on the machine by the machine’s manufacturer or seller.

  • Licensed Compounds means any EZH2 Compound(s) that is:

  • Licensed Compound means (a) 3,4-Diaminopyridine, the chemical structure of which is set forth on Exhibit B-2; and (b) any derivatives, isomers, metabolites, prodrugs, acid forms, base forms, salt forms, or modified versions of such compound in (a).

  • Reagent means any product other than fuel that is stored on-board the vehicle and is provided to the exhaust after-treatment system upon request of the emission control system.

  • Program Technology means Program Know-How and Program Patents.

  • Images means all types of visual content, including without limitation still photography, motion film or video and may include audio elements, whether generated optically, electronically, digitally or by any other means, and shall include all metadata, keywords, descriptions and captions associated therewith. Any reference to Images includes the whole or the part.
