LIBOR Rate Loans definition

LIBOR Rate Loans means Loans bearing interest at a rate based on the LIBOR Base Rate or LIBOR Rate, as applicable.
LIBOR Rate Loans means, collectively, the LIBOR Revolving Loans and the LIBOR Term Loans.
LIBOR Rate Loans means the Loans bearing interest with reference to the LIBOR Rate.

  • For purposes hereof, LIBOR Rate Loans with different Interest Periods shall be considered as separate LIBOR Rate Loans, even if they shall begin on the same date and have the same duration, although borrowings, extensions and conversions may, in accordance with the provisions hereof, be combined at the end of existing Interest Periods to constitute a new LIBOR Rate Loan with a single Interest Period.

  • If any payment hereunder (other than payments on the LIBOR Rate Loans) becomes due and payable on a day other than a Business Day, such payment shall be extended to the next succeeding Business Day, and, with respect to payments of principal, interest thereon shall be payable at the then applicable rate during such extension.

  • If the Borrower requests a conversion to, or continuation of, LIBOR Rate Loans, but fails to specify an Interest Period, it will be deemed to have specified an Interest Period of one month.

  • The amount of such loss or expense shall be determined, in the applicable Lender’s sole discretion, based upon the assumption that such Lender funded its Commitment Percentage of the LIBOR Rate Loans in the London interbank market and using any reasonable attribution or averaging methods which such Lender deems appropriate and practical.

  • Until any such notice has been withdrawn by the Administrative Agent, no further Loans shall be made as, continued as, or converted into, LIBOR Rate Loans for the Interest Periods so affected.


More Definitions of LIBOR Rate Loans

LIBOR Rate Loans means Loans bearing interest at rates determined by reference to the Adjusted LIBOR Rate as provided in subsection 2.2A.
LIBOR Rate Loans means the LIBOR Revolving Loans.
