LIBOR Determination Date definition

LIBOR Determination Date. With respect to any Interest Accrual Period for the LIBOR Certificates, the second London Business Day preceding the commencement of such Interest Accrual Period.
LIBOR Determination Date has the meaning specified in Schedule A.
LIBOR Determination Date means, the date that is two London Banking Days before the first day of the applicable Interest Period.

More Definitions of LIBOR Determination Date

LIBOR Determination Date means (i) March 27, 2007 for the period from and including the Closing Date through and including May 14, 2007 and (ii) the second London Business Day prior to the commencement of the second and each subsequent Interest Period.
