LIBO Market Index Rate Loan definition

LIBO Market Index Rate Loan means any Loan bearing interest at a rate based upon the LIBO Market Index Rate as provided in Section 4.1(a) hereof.

If, for any reason, such rate does not appear on Telerate Page 3750, then LIBOR shall be determined by the Administrative Agent to be the arithmetic average (rounded upwards, if necessary, to the next higher one-hundredth of one percent (1/100%)) of the rate per annum at which deposits in Dollars would be offered by first class banks in the London interbank market to the Administrative Agent approximately 11:00 a.m. (London time) two (2) Business Days prior to the first day of the applicable Interest Period for a period equal to such Interest Period and in an amount substantially equal to the amount of the applicable Loan.
