LIBO Market Index Rate Loan definition

LIBO Market Index Rate Loan means any Loan bearing interest at a rate based upon the LIBO Market Index Rate as provided in Section 4.1(a) hereof.
LIBO Market Index Rate Loan means any Loan bearing interest at a rate based upon the LIBO Market Index Rate as provided in Section 4.1(a) hereof. “LIBOR” means the rate of interest per annum determined on the basis of the rate for deposits in Dollars, in amounts substantially equal to the amount ofthe LIBOR Rate Loan to which such LIBOR Rate will apply, for a period equal to the applicable Interest Period which appears on the Telerate Page 3750 atapproximately 11:00 a.m.(London time) two (2) Business Days prior to the first day of the applicable Interest Period (rounded upwards, if necessary, to the next higher one-hundredth of one percent (1/100%)). If, for any reason, such rate does not appear on Telerate Page 3750, then LIBOR shall be determined by the Administrative Agent to be the arithmetic average (rounded upwards, if necessary, to the next higher one-hundredth of one percent (1/100%)) of the rate per annum at which deposits in Dollars would be offered by first class banks in the London interbank market to the Administrative Agent approximately 11:00 a.m. (London time) two (2) Business Days prior to the first day of the applicable Interest Period for a period equal to such Interest Period and in an amount substantially equal to the amount of the applicable Loan.

  • Eurocurrency Rate Loan means a Loan that bears interest at a rate based on the Eurocurrency Rate. Eurocurrency Rate Loans may be denominated in Dollars or in an Alternative Currency. All Loans denominated in an Alternative Currency must be Eurocurrency Rate Loans.

  • Eurodollar Period means, as to each Eurodollar Rate Loan, the period commencing on the date specified by Borrower pursuant to Section 2.1(b) and ending 1, 2, 3 or 6 months (or, with the written consent of all of the Lenders, any other period) thereafter, as specified by Borrower in the applicable Request for Loan; provided that:

  • LIBO Rate Advance means a Pro Rata Advance that bears interest as provided in Section 2.04(a)(ii).

  • Adjusted Eurocurrency Rate means, for the Interest Period for any Eurocurrency Borrowing, an interest rate per annum (rounded upwards, if necessary, to the next 1/16 of 1%) equal to (a) the Eurocurrency Rate for such Interest Period multiplied by (b) the Statutory Reserve Rate for such Interest Period.

  • Eurodollar Revolving Loan means any Revolving Loan bearing interest at a rate determined by reference to the Adjusted LIBOR Rate in accordance with the provisions of Article II.

  • LIBOR Loan means any portion of a Loan (other than a Base Rate Loan) bearing interest at a rate based on LIBOR.
