Liaison Group definition

Liaison Group means the group of stakeholders with an interest in the western Menai Strait that has met on the 15th December 2015 and again on the 14th April 2016. The membership of this group is open to all. Terms of Reference for this group are set out in Annex 1 of this document.
Liaison Group means the group formed of the Members and convened by the Borough Council in accordance with clause 2.4;

  • Comparison Group means a sample group of organisations providing Comparable supply of Services which consists of organisations which are either of similar size to the Supplier or which are similarly structured in terms of their business and their service offering so as to be fair comparators with the Supplier or which, are best practice organisations;

  • DBS Group means DBS Bank Ltd, its subsidiaries, affiliates, branches and related companies.

  • Corporate Group means the Corporation and its Subsidiaries treated as a single consolidated entity.

  • Promoter Group means such persons and entities constituting the promoter group as per Regulation 2(1)(pp) of the SEBI ICDR Regulations.

  • Member means a member of the Board;

  • Service Group means any one or more (as the context may require) of the service groups described in this Schedule;

  • Risk retention group means any corporation or other limited liability association:

  • Client Group means Client, any corporate body of which Client is a subsidiary (as defined by s. 1159 of the Companies Act 2006), any other subsidiary of such corporate body and any subsidiary of Client;

  • Related Companies means the companies within the meaning of Article L. 225-197-2 of the French Commercial Code or any provision substituted for same.

  • Network Operating Committee means a group made up of representatives from the Network Customer(s) and the Transmission Provider established to coordinate operating criteria and other technical considerations required for implementation of Network Integration Transmission Service under Tariff, Part III.

  • Parent Group has the meaning set forth in Section 8.03(c).

  • Control Group means the Company and its Affiliates.

  • Participating Company Group means, at any point in time, all corporations collectively which are then Participating Companies.

  • Work group means a crew or number of crews which work from a common point of assembly and perform work of a similar nature in a defined seniority block. Where more than one (1) work group works from a common point of assembly the work groups will be defined by the Employer.

  • Screened Affiliate means any Affiliate of a Holder (i) that makes investment decisions independently from such Holder and any other Affiliate of such Holder that is not a Screened Affiliate, (ii) that has in place customary information screens between it and such Holder and any other Affiliate of such Holder that is not a Screened Affiliate and such screens prohibit the sharing of information with respect to the Company or its Subsidiaries, (iii) whose investment policies are not directed by such Holder or any other Affiliate of such Holder that is acting in concert with such Holder in connection with its investment in the Notes, and (iv) whose investment decisions are not influenced by the investment decisions of such Holder or any other Affiliate of such Holder that is acting in concert with such Holders in connection with its investment in the Notes.

  • Peer Group Companies means the following companies: .

  • Related Company means any entity that is directly or indirectly controlled by, in control of or under common control with the Company.

  • Affiliated Entities means any legal entity, including any corporation, limited liability company, partnership, not-for-profit corporation, estate planning vehicle or trust, which is directly or indirectly owned or controlled by the Stockholder or his or her descendants or spouse, of which such Stockholder or his or her descendants or spouse are beneficial owners, or which is under joint control or ownership with any other person or entity subject to a lock-up agreement regarding the Common Stock with terms substantially identical to this Agreement.

  • Group the Company and its subsidiaries

  • Controlling Company shall have the meaning set forth in Section 10.02(a) of this Agreement.

  • Associated Companies : means any agent with delegated authority under Section 20 of these Terms and Conditions.

  • Controlled Affiliate means any corporation, limited liability company, partnership, joint venture, trust or other entity or enterprise, whether or not for profit, that is directly or indirectly controlled by the Company. For purposes of this definition, “control” means the possession, directly or indirectly, of the power to direct or cause the direction of the management or policies of an entity or enterprise, whether through the ownership of voting securities, through other voting rights, by contract or otherwise; provided that direct or indirect beneficial ownership of capital stock or other interests in an entity or enterprise entitling the holder to cast 15% or more of the total number of votes generally entitled to be cast in the election of directors (or persons performing comparable functions) of such entity or enterprise shall be deemed to constitute control for purposes of this definition.

  • Members means all such Persons.

  • Affiliated Group means any affiliated group within the meaning of Section 1504(a) of the Code or any similar group defined under a similar provision of state, local or foreign law.

  • Peer Group means the group of companies, as more particularly set forth on attached Exhibit A, against which the Relative Total Shareholder Return of the Company is measured over the Incentive Period.

  • MNE Group means any Group that (i) includes two or more enterprises the tax residences of which are in different jurisdictions, or includes an enterprise that is resident for tax purposes in one jurisdiction and is subject to tax with respect to the business carried out through a permanent establishment in another jurisdiction, and (ii) is not an Excluded MNE Group;
