Liability Period definition

Liability Period means the reporting period of a delinquent tax or tax liability, or, in the case of tax liabilities determined as a deficiency, all reporting periods included in the assessment of such deficiency. For purposes of determining the earlier of two or more liability periods, the beginning date of each liability period is used.
Liability Period means the period starting on the date of this Agreement and ending on the date on which:
Liability Period means each 12 month period commencing on the Effective Date and on each anniversary thereafter. A liability event giving rise to separate causes of action will be considered a single liability event and deemed to have occurred when the first liability event occurred.   • Provided that in the event of different Defects Liability Periods being applicable to different Sections of the Permanent Works pursuant to Clause 48, the expression “expiration of the Defects Liability Period “ shall, for the purpose of this sub-clause, be deemed to mean the expiration of the latest of such periods.
