Level of Classification definition

Level of Classification shall be as defined in Schedules A.1 to A.6.
Level of Classification shall refer to the particular categorization of positions within each classification. Positions within each classification shall be designated a certain numerical grade as set forth in the attached Schedules. Positions with the same number will be considered to be at the current level of classification, and positions with each successively lower number will denote positions at the next lower level of classification. A classification with only one position shall be in bold type and shall be its own level of classification.
Level of Classification means the marking on a carrier of classified information or its accompanying documents which represent the level of classification of state and official secret information;

Examples of Level of Classification in a sentence

Related to Level of Classification

  • Job Classification means an arrangement of tasks in an establishment or industry into a limited series of jobs or occupations, rated in terms of skill, responsibility, experience, training, and similar considerations, usually for wage setting purposes. This term, or job class, refers to a single cluster of jobs of approximately equal “worth.”

  • S&P Industry Classification The S&P Industry Classifications set forth in Schedule 2 hereto, which industry classifications may be updated at the option of the Collateral Manager if S&P publishes revised industry classifications.

  • Classification means the identification of a position by reference to a classification title and pay range number.

  • B-BBEE status level of contributor means the B-BBEE status of an entity in terms of a code of good practice on black economic empowerment, issued in terms of section 9(1) of the Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment Act;

  • Separate Contractor means a contractor, other than the Contractor or any of its subcontractors, to whom the Government has awarded a contact for construction of a portion of the project.

  • Economically disadvantaged individual means an individual who is either: (1) eligible for services under the Workforce Investment Act of 1988 (WIA) (29 U.S.C.A 2801 et seq.), as determined by the San Francisco Private Industry Council; or (2) designated “economically disadvantaged” for the First Source Hiring Administration, as an individual who is at risk of relying upon, or returning to, public assistance.
