Level of Care definition

Level of Care means the range of available services provided from the most integrated setting to the most restrictive and most intensive in an inpatient setting.
Level of Care means ICF/IID Level of Care, Hospital Level of Care, or Nursing Facility Level of Care, as defined in OAR 411-317-0000.
Level of Care means a type of foster group care service that is differentiated by the ratio of staff to children. There are three levels of foster group care services:
