Level II Certification definition

Level II Certification. An employee who accumulates at least eighty-six (86) approved continuing 25 educational credits as outlined on the USDA Professional Standards will receive an eighty cent ($0.80) 26 per hour educational increment. Certification must be maintained to keep the eighty cents ($0.80) 27 educational increment. 29 The District shall pay the SNA membership and renewal fee for all employees. 31 “Paid time” includes the hourly base rate only, and does not include travel time or expenses.
Level II Certification in respect of a Covered Data Product shall mean a certification, made in accordance with Level II of the Data Security Requirements, including all applicable Privacy and Security Rules, that applying generally accepted statistical and scientific methods for rendering information not individually identifiable, the risk is Very Small that the Delivered Data included in the Covered Data Product could be used, alone or in combination with other reasonably available information, by an anticipated recipient to identify an Individual who is a subject of the information.
Level II Certification in respect of any RI Data Product, shall mean a certification, made in accordance with Level II of the Data Security Requirements, including all applicable Privacy and Security Rules, that applying generally accepted statistical and scientific methods for rendering information not individually identifiable, the risk is Very Small that the RI Data included in the RI Data Product could be used, alone or in combination with other reasonably available information, by an anticipated recipient to identify an individual who is a subject of the information.

  • Income Certification means a Tenant Income Certification and a Tenant Income Certification Questionnaire in the form attached as Exhibit B hereto or in such other comparable form as may be provided by the Issuer to the Owner, or as otherwise approved by the Issuer.

  • Back-Up Certification As defined in Section 3.18(k).

  • Class B-5 Certificate Any one of the Certificates executed by the Trustee and authenticated by the Trustee or the Authenticating Agent in substantially the form set forth in Exhibit B-5 and Exhibit C hereto. Class B-5 Certificateholder: The registered holder of a Class B-5 Certificate.

  • Level III Status exists at any date if, on such date, (i) the Borrower has not qualified for Level I Status or Level II Status and (ii) the Borrower's Xxxxx'x Rating is Baa2 or better or the Borrower's S&P Rating is BBB or better.

  • Level II Status exists at any date if, on such date, (i) the Borrower has not qualified for Level I Status and (ii) the Borrower's Xxxxx'x Rating is Baa1 or better or the Borrower's S&P Rating is BBB+ or better.

  • NRSRO Certification A certification executed by a NRSRO in favor of the Issuer and the Information Agent that states that such NRSRO has provided the Issuer with the appropriate certifications under Exchange Act Rule 17g-5(a)(3)(iii)(B) and that such NRSRO has access to the 17g-5 Website.

  • Level II Pricing applies on any day on which (i) the Borrower’s long-term debt is rated A or higher by S&P or A2 or higher by Moody’s and (ii) Level I Pricing does not apply.

  • REMIC III Certificate Any Regular Certificate or Class R Certificate.

  • Class A-1A Certificate means any one of the Certificates with a "Class A-1A" designation on the face thereof, substantially in the form of Exhibit A-1 attached hereto, and evidencing a portion of a class of "regular interests" in REMIC III for purposes of the REMIC Provisions.

  • Class I-A-1 Certificate Any Certificate designated as a "Class I-A-1 Certificate" on the face thereof, in the form of Exhibit A-1 hereto, representing the right to the Percentage Interest of distributions provided for the Class I-A-1 Certificates as set forth herein and evidencing a Regular Interest in REMIC II.

  • Class B-4 Certificate Any one of the Certificates executed by the Trustee and authenticated by the Trustee or the Authenticating Agent in substantially the form set forth in Exhibit B-4 and Exhibit C hereto. Class B-4 Certificateholder: The registered holder of a Class B-4 Certificate.

  • Class A-2 Certificate Any one of the Certificates executed and authenticated by the Certificate Administrator or the Authenticating Agent in substantially the form set forth in Exhibit A-2 hereto.

  • Level III means a level of detail in the CPM Schedule which is an implementation (control) schedule used to direct the Work by providing schedule parameters to the more detailed implementation level, identify and resolve schedule problems, status progress in terms of Milestones, measure the impact of scope changes and delays, develop recovery plans, and support schedule-related contractual action. The work breakdown structure in the Level III CPM Schedule is at an area level, and shall involve over two thousand (2,000) activities. The Level III CPM Schedule is developed with the assistance of and accepted by Contractor’s Key Personnel. All Major Equipment (including bulk material requirements) are scheduled at area level and detailed construction activities at each commodity level follow the same area concept. The Subcontract schedules are similarly developed for each area, as applicable.

  • Group II Certificates The Class A-2A, Class A-2B, Class A-2C and Class A-2D Certificates.

  • Corresponding Certificate With respect to each REMIC II Regular Interest (other than REMIC II Regular Interests AA, ZZ and IO), the Certificate with the corresponding designation. With respect to each REMIC III Regular Interest (other than the Class C Interest and the Class IO Interest), the related Certificate representing an ownership therein.

  • Level IV Status exists at any date if, on such date, (i) the Borrower has not qualified for Level I Status, Level II Status or Level III Status and (ii) the Borrower's Xxxxx'x Rating is Baa3 or better or the Borrower's S&P Rating is BBB- or better.

  • Class A-2A Certificate Any Certificate designated as a "Class A-2A Certificate" on the face thereof, in the form of Exhibit A hereto, representing the right to distributions as set forth herein.
