Letting Agent. (“asiant gosod eiddo”) means a person who carries out lettings work or property management work (whether or not the person carries out other work);
Letting Agent means the letting agent who lets or manages property on behalf of the Landlord; Organisation means the company who lets or manages property on behalf of the landlord; Parties means the Landlord and Tenant and Party shall be construed accordingly;
Letting Agent means the letting agent who been appointed, or will be appointed, as the letting agent for the Scheme pursuant to the Letting Agreement

Letting Agent means a facilitator through whom an agreement is made between a landlord and tenant for the rental of a residential property.
