Final “Not to Exceed” dollar amounts will be determined by the Secretary at the time of Letting.

More Definitions of Letting

Letting means the letting under this Agreement for the original term stated herein, and shall include any extensions thereof which may be made pursuant to the provisions of this Agreement, or otherwise.
