Letters of Transmittal definition

Letters of Transmittal means the letters of transmittal in the form enclosed with the Company Circular pursuant to which the Company Shareholders are required to deliver the certificates representing the Common Shares and the Preferred Shares, respectively, in order to receive payment in accordance with this Plan of Arrangement;
Letters of Transmittal has the meaning as set forth in Section 3.01(c)(ii).
