During the Collective Bargaining process the issue around seniority dates for Casual employees being awarded Full Time positions was not discussed. In order to address this issue, the Company and the Union agree, on a without prejudice basis, that when a Casual Employee is awarded a Full Time position, their seniority date will then become the date they assume the Full Time position.
