Letter of Direction definition

Letter of Direction means that certain executed letter of direction from Borrower addressed to Administrative Agent, on behalf of itself and Lenders, directing the disbursement on the Closing Date of the proceeds of the Loans made on such date.
Letter of Direction means the letter of direction from Seller to Purchaser and Parent in the form attached hereto as Exhibit E.
Letter of Direction has the meaning set forth in Section 3.01(l).
