Letter of Development Policy definition

Letter of Development Policy means the letter dated August 23, 2010, from the Recipient to the Association, describing the Program (as hereinafter defined), and declaring the Recipient’s commitment to the execution of the Program, and requesting assistance from the Association in support of the Program during its execution.
Letter of Development Policy means the Borrower’s letter referred to in paragraph (A) of the Preamble to this Agreement;
Letter of Development Policy or “LDP” means the letter referred to in paragraph 12 of this Section I.

More Definitions of Letter of Development Policy

Letter of Development Policy means the letter dated October 17, 2006 from the Guarantor describing a program of actions, objectives and policies designed to support the achievement of Project’s objectives and declaring the Guarantor’s commitment to the execution of said program.
Letter of Development Policy means the letter dated March 23, 2007, received by the Association from the Recipient, describing the Program (as hereinafter defined), and declaring the Recipient’s commitment to the execution of the Program, and requesting assistance from the Association in support of the Program during the execution thereof.
Letter of Development Policy or "LDP" means the Borrower’s letter referred to in Recital (A) of this Agreement;
