Examples of Letter of Credit Liabilities in a sentence
The Borrower, and to the extent provided by any Defaulting Lender, such Defaulting Lender, hereby grant to the Administrative Agent, for the benefit of the Issuing Bank, and agree to maintain, a first priority security interest in all such Cash Collateral as security for the Defaulting Lenders’ obligation to fund participations in respect of Letter of Credit Liabilities, to be applied pursuant to the immediately following clause (iv).
All Loans and Letter of Credit Liabilities shall constitute Indebtedness of the Borrower.

Upon the date of issuance by an Issuing Lender of a Letter of Credit, the applicable Issuing Lender shall be deemed, without further action by any party hereto, to have sold to each Lender, and each Lender shall be deemed, without further action by any party hereto, to have purchased from such Issuing Lender, a participation in such Letter of Credit and the related Letter of Credit Liabilities in the proportion of its Applicable Percentage.
The Outstanding Loans and Letter of Credit Liabilities as reflected on the records of the Agent from time to time shall be considered prima facie evidence of such amount absent manifest error.
