Letter of Credit Commitment definition

Letter of Credit Commitment means, with respect to the Issuer, the Issuer's obligation to issue Letters of Credit pursuant to Section 2.1.3 and, with respect to each of the other Lenders that has a Revolving Loan Commitment, the obligation of each such Lender to participate in such Letters of Credit pursuant to Section 2.6.1.
Letter of Credit Commitment means, with respect to each Issuing Bank, the commitment of such Issuing Bank to issue Letters of Credit pursuant to Section 2.05.

  • This Agreement, the other Loan Documents and any separate letter agreements with respect to (i) fees payable to the Administrative Agent and (ii) the reductions of the Letter of Credit Commitment of any Issuing Bank constitute the entire contract among the parties relating to the subject matter hereof and supersede any and all previous agreements and understandings, oral or written, relating to the subject matter hereof.
