Letter of Assignment definition

Letter of Assignment means the notification to the employee of the employee’s assigned position and other terms as set forth in Article V, Section 1 of this Agreement.
Letter of Assignment shall derive its meaning from Clause 11 of this Agreement. For the avoidance of doubt, the Letter of Assignment does not form part of this Agreement
Letter of Assignment means the irrevocable letter of assignment of December 31, 2007 pursuant to which Isramco Oil and Gas Ltd. assigned its rights to the Royalties B to the Seller.

Examples of Letter of Assignment in a sentence

  • Employers may request cancellation of their Letter of Assignment with an apprentice during the probationary period upon written notice to the local committee.

  • Payment requests sent to IDH by the Contracting Party must contain the total amount to be transferred and a reference to the IDH contract number (in Letter of Assignment) that the payment relates to.

  • Contract form: Successful candidates shall sign a Letter of Assignment with the Service Provider for the implementation of the EU EOM.

Related to Letter of Assignment

  • Deed of Assignment means the deed of assignment of the Shareholder Loan in the agreed form set out in Schedule 6 (Deed of Assignment) to be entered into between the Seller and the Buyer upon Completion.

  • Notice of Assignment is defined in Section 12.3.2.

  • IP Assignment Agreement has the meaning set forth in Section 3.2(a)(iii).

Our Liability: To the extent permitted by applicable law, (1) You agree that We and HomeServe, and both of our parents, successors, affiliates, approved technicians and our and their officers, directors, employees, affiliates, agents and contractors shall not be liable to You or anyone else for: (a) any actual losses or direct damages that exceed the lowest applicable per covered repair benefit limit set out above; or (b) any amount of any form of indirect, special, punitive, incidental or consequential losses or damages, including those caused by any fault, failure, delay or defect in providing services under this Service Agreement, and (2) these limitations and waivers shall apply to all claims and all liabilities and shall survive the cancellation or expiration of this Service Agreement.   • Charter Assignment means a specific assignment of each Extended Employment Contract required to be executed hereunder by any Borrower in favour of the Security Trustee (including any notices and/or acknowledgements and/or undertakings associated therewith) in such form as the Agent and the Majority Lenders may require in their sole discretion;

  • Trademark Assignment shall have the meaning specified in Section 3.2(c).

  • Intellectual Property Assignment Agreement means, with respect to each Specified Business, an agreement in form and substance reasonably acceptable to Seller and Buyer, providing for the assignment of the Transferred Intellectual Property Related to such Specified Business.
