Lettable Areas definition

Lettable Areas means those parts of the Building (including the Demised Premises) leased or intended to be leased to occupational tenants;
Lettable Areas means those parts of any building (including the Building) leased or intended to be leased or capable of being leased to occupational tenants but excluding any parts of such building leased or intended to be leased or capable of being leased to public utilities for the purposes of the carrying out of their statutory obligations
Lettable Areas means all such areas of the Building as are for the time being let separately or designed or intended to be let separately and excluding, for the avoidance of doubt, all Common Areas;

More Definitions of Lettable Areas

Lettable Areas means all parts of the Building which from time to time are either occupied or used by a tenant or tenants or capable or intended of being so occupied or used
