Lessor Yield definition

Lessor Yield means with respect to Lessor Advances a per annum rate equal to the LIBOR Rate plus the Applicable Percentage, the ABR plus the Applicable Percentage or a combination thereof as determined pursuant to Section 5A.5 of the Participation Agreement.
Lessor Yield means, unless the Lessor Overdue Rate shall apply in accordance with the Operative Agreements, (a) regarding any Lessor Advance bearing a yield based on the Eurodollar Rate, the Eurodollar Rate plus the Applicable Percentage and (b) regarding any Lessor Advance bearing a yield based on the ABR, the ABR plus the Applicable Percentage.
