Examples of Lessor in a sentence
Commencing on the Effective Date and continuing thereafter for the remainder of the Term, Lessee shall pay to Lessor annual rent for the Demised Premises in the amount of One and No/100 Dollars ($1.00) per year (“Annual Rent”).
All claims, disputes and other matters in question between the Lessor and the Lessee arising out of or relating to the Agreement, or the breach thereof, shall be decided in the Superior Court of Richmond County, Georgia.
