Lessee Project Components definition

Lessee Project Components means the South Concourse, Lessee=s Central Ticketing Facility, Lessee=s Terminal C-East Garage ATO Facility and Lessee=s Terminal E Baggage System Improvements, all as more fully described in Exhibits "A-1," "A-2," "A-3" and "A-4" of Exhibit "A" attached hereto and by this reference made a part hereof, together with any modifications, additions or reductions thereto approved by the Director.
Lessee Project Components means the Terminal B South Concourse, the Terminal B North Concourse, the Terminal B ATO Facility, the Terminal B Baggage System Enhancement, the Second FIS/Interim Terminal B ATO, and the Terminal B Baggage Claim Expansion, all as more fully described in exhibits to the Lease, together with any modifications, additions or reductions thereto approved by the Director; the square footage provided in the applicable exhibits are approximations and may vary from the final square footage of the ultimately completed Lessee Project Components.
Lessee Project Components means the South Concourse, Lessee=s Central Ticketing Facility, Lessee=s Terminal C-East Garage ATO Facility and Lessee=s Terminal E Baggage System Improvements, all as more fully described in Exhibits "X-0," "X-0," "X-0" and "A-4" of Exhibit "A" attached hereto and by this reference made a part hereof, together with any modifications, additions or reductions thereto approved by the Director.

Examples of Lessee Project Components in a sentence

Related to Lessee Project Components

  • The Project Site, where applicable, means the place or places named in the SCC.

  • Construction project means the same as that term is defined in Section 38-1a-102.

  • The Project means supply, installation, testing and commissioning, integration of computer hardware and services with support under Warranty and annual maintenance contract, if required for the contract period.

  • Project Property means the real property on or for which preconstruction service or construction work is or will be provided.

  • Project site, where applicable, means the place indicated in bidding documents.

  • The Contract Price/ Project Cost means the price payable to the Vendor under the Contract for the full and proper performance of its contractual obligations.

  • Project Facility means facility being one or more of the following facilities as specified in the Special Conditions of Contract, being developed in accordance with the Project and the Detailed Project Implementation Report and includes all its buildings, equipment, facilities, software and systems and includes without limitation, where the circumstances so require, any expansion thereof from time to time and may include any new location to be separately mentioned in the Special Conditions of Contract.

  • Approved Project means the Scheme application of the Applicant approved by the CIC.

  • The Works/ Project means the works to be executed or done under this contract.

  • Project means the goods or Services described in the Signature Document or a Work Order of this Contract.

  • Eligible Project Costs means such portion of the Project costs disbursed and loaned from the OPWC to the Recipient for the sole and express purpose of acquiring, constructing, reconstructing, expanding, improving, engineering and equipping the Project, other direct expenses, and related financing costs thereto.

  • The Project Plan means the document to be developed by the Supplier and approved by the Purchaser, pursuant to GCC Clause 19, based on the requirements of the Contract and the Preliminary Project Plan included in the Supplier’s bid. The “Agreed and Finalized Project Plan” is the version of the Project Plan approved by the Purchaser, in accordance with GCC Clause 19.2. Should the Project Plan conflict with the Contract in any way, the relevant provisions of the Contract, including any amendments, shall prevail.

  • The Contract Price/Project Cost means the price payable to the Vendor under the Contract for the full and proper performance of its contractual obligations.

  • Project Work means the work required to complete the Project.

  • Excavation work means the making of any man-made cavity, trench, pit or depression formed by cutting, digging or scooping;

  • Condominium Project Real estate including the separate ownership in fee, or on a satisfactory leasehold estate, of a particular residential unit with an indivisible interest in the real estate designated for common ownership strictly by unit owners.

  • Contractor’s Equipment means all apparatus, machinery, vehicles and other things required for the execution and completion of the Works and the remedying of any defects. However, Contractor’s Equipment excludes Temporary Works, Employer’s Equipment (if any), Plant, Materials and any other things intended to form or forming part of the Equipment.

  • Project Site(s) means the place(s) specified in the SCC for the supply and installation of the System.

  • Plant Site (Works, Factory) means the local integration of one or more plants, with any intermediate administrative levels, which are under one operational control, and includes common infrastructure, such as:

  • Project Completion means completion of the Redevelopment in accordance with this Agreement to the state where the whole of the Morley Shopping Centre, as so redeveloped, is capable of occupation for its intended purpose;

  • generating plant means the generating facility described in Schedule 1 as amended from time to time;

  • Site Improvements means any construction work on, or improvement to, streets, roads, parking facilities, sidewalks, drainage structures and utilities.

  • Solar PV Project means the solar Photo Voltaic Power project that uses sunlight for direct conversion into electricity through Photo Voltaic technology.

  • Construction Plant means appliances, machinery with necessary supply to up keep and maintenance of the works or temporary works but dose not include materials or other things intended to form part of the permanent work.
