Lessee Leases definition

Lessee Leases means all existing leases, subleases or other written occupancy arrangements (including all amendments, modifications, supplements, renewals, exercise of options and extensions related thereto) under which the Company or any of its Subsidiaries uses or occupies or has the right to occupy, now or in the future, any real property.
Lessee Leases means all leases, subleases or other occupancy agreements (excluding, for the avoidance of doubt, any ordinary course correspondence) under which any Acquired Company is a party as tenant or subtenant (including all variations, amendments, modifications, supplements, renewals, exercise of options and extensions in each case, supplemental and collateral thereto) with respect to any of the Acquired Company Properties.
Lessee Leases have the respective meanings set forth in Section 5.11.
