Lessee Improvements definition

Lessee Improvements means those Improvements erected, constructed, rehabilitated or placed upon the Land or upon the Existing Improvements by or on behalf of the Lessee during the Term and (in the case of any Capital Improvements or Non-Approvable Construction Projects, constructed by Lessee after the Commencement Date) approved in writing by Lessor to the extent required by, or deemed approved by Lessor in accordance with the terms of Section 11.1.
Lessee Improvements means the rehabilitation of Centertown Apartments and all other improvements to be constructed or rehabilitated on the Land as described in the design plans titled “ ” prepared by TWM Architects + Planners, dated June 21, 2021 and approved by the Lessee and Lessor, which are incorporated herein by this reference (as modified from time to time, the "Lessee Improvement Plans").
Lessee Improvements has the meaning set forth in Section 19.02.

Examples of Lessee Improvements in a sentence

  • Lessor shall have a lien upon all Lessee Improvements for payment of all Rent specified herein.

  • In the preparation of proposed Construction Documents, the Lessee must review plans for the location of existing utilities that may be affected by any Lessee Improvements.

  • Lessor’s Access Lessor, its agents, contractors, and employees, have the right to enter the Leased Property at any time in the case of an emergency, and otherwise at reasonable times and with reasonable advance notice to Lessee to examine the Leased Property, perform work in the Leased Property, inspect any Lessee Alterations and/or any Lessee Improvements, show the Leased Property, exercise any right or remedy, or for any other purpose.

  • The Lessee Improvements shall be coordinated under Landlord’s direction with other work being done or to be performed for or by other Lessees in the building so that the Lessee Improvements will not interfere with or delay the completion of any other construction work in the building.

  • Lessee shall give Landlord five (5) days prior written notification of the anticipated completion date of the Lessee Improvements.


More Definitions of Lessee Improvements

Lessee Improvements as used herein shall be construed to mean those improvements installed by either the Lessor or Lessee, at Lessee request and expense, that remain the property of Lessee and do not become a part of the demised premises. D.
Lessee Improvements means all improvements to the Demised Premises to be carried out by the Lessor, at the request of the Lessee, as shown on the Final Drawings and detailed in Schedule E and in accordance with the provisions detailed in Clause 3 below;
Lessee Improvements shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5.2 of this Lease.
Lessee Improvements means any structures, facilities (e.g., EPF, transmission, interconnection), landscaping, infrastructure, or other improvements the Lessee constructs or places on the Leased Premises or in connection with its use of the Leased Premises in accordance with the terms of this Lease, including demolition of, renovation/modification of Existing Improvements, if any.
Lessee Improvements shall have the meaning set forth in the Recitals to this Agreement.
Lessee Improvements means all alterations, renovations, improvements and additions to the Property, and all substitutions and replacements therefor, not financed by the Acquisition Advance and not made part of the Lessor Improvements.
Lessee Improvements means the improvements to the Premises to be made in accordance with the Construction Drawings pursuant to EXHIBIT D hereto.
