Lessee means a person who acquires the right to possession and use of goods under a lease. Unless the context clearly indicates otherwise, the term includes a sublessee.

  • Lessor and Lessee have caused this Groundwater Lease to be duly executed by their duly authorized officers as of the day and year first above written.
