Legal Work means work that is commonly performed by licensed attorneys in Oregon. Legal work may include activities that are also performed by unlicensed individuals, as long as newly licensed attorneys working for the Employer regularly incorporate those activities in their work.
Legal Work means such advice and legal services to the Group Members or for the Group Members’ benefit, including the Common Benefit Work and any Individual Legal Work, as the Lawyers may consider reasonably necessary to: (a) investigate the Claims; (b) prosecute the Claims; (c) negotiate a Settlement of the Claims; and (d) negotiate to secure and maintain funding on behalf of the Group Members in relation to the Claims;
Legal Work means all legal work carried out in relation to the Legal Proceedings in accordance with the Retainer Agreement.

In the event any legal costs remain unpaid by Lessee after Legal Work is completed, Lessee shall pay all such additional legal costs in full to Port within 30 days after receiving notice from Port.
