Legal Final Distribution Date definition

Legal Final Distribution Date means, with respect to any Loan REMIC Regular Interest, any REMIC I Regular Interest, any REMIC II Regular Interest, any Class of Regular Interest Certificates or any particular REMIC III Component of a Class of Interest-Only Certificates, the "latest possible maturity date" thereof, calculated solely for purposes of satisfying Treasury regulations section 1.860G-1(a)(4)(iii).
Legal Final Distribution Date has the meaning given to such term in the Pass Through Trust Agreement.
