Legacy Services definition

Legacy Services means services similar to the New Services and/or services which interface with or are intended to interface with or be replaced by the New Services;
Legacy Services shall have the meaning set out in Clause 7.1;
Legacy Services means the following Openreach services: WLR, MPF, SMPF, GEA-FTTC (including Single Order GEA-FTTC), and Gfast (including Single Order Gfast);

Examples of Legacy Services in a sentence

  • Legacy Services – Services provided by the RIPE NCC with regards to the Legacy Internet Resources as specified in the Appendix RIPE Policies – Policies adopted through an open, bottom-up process of discussion and consensus-based decision-making by the RIPE (Réseaux IP Européens) Community, which is a collaborative forum open to all parties interested in the operations of the Internet.

  • If the continuation of Legacy Services is impossible for reasons beyond the control of the RIPE NCC, or if the RIPE NCC cannot reasonably be required to continue the Legacy Services for reasons that cannot be attributed to the RIPE NCC and for which the RIPE NCC cannot be held accountable by virtue of law, a juridical act or generally accepted principles.

  • The RIPE NCC undertakes to provide Legacy Services to the Member’s Legacy Internet Resources as specified in the Appendix to these Terms and Conditions.

  • The RIPE NCC shall, in any event, not be liable for damages caused by a failure to make the Legacy Services available (on time), or for damages in any way connected with the use of the Legacy Internet Resources.

  • The Member shall indemnify the RIPE NCC against any and all third party claims filed against the RIPE NCC in relation to the Member’s rights to use the Legacy Internet Resources or in relation to the use of the Legacy Services.

  • If the Legacy Internet Resource Holder transfers the Legacy Internet Resources to a third party, the Legacy Services provided by the RIPE NCC regarding these Legacy Internet Resources are not transferred to the third party.

  • The provision of certain Legacy Services may be subject to additional terms and conditions, to which the Member must agree before they access those services.

  • If the sufficient evidence refers to some of the Legacy Internet Resources, the RIPE NCC may decide not to terminate the Legacy Services but to update the Appendix in accordance with article 3.1 by removing the Legacy Internet Resource in doubt.

  • Legacy Services – Services provided by the RIPE NCC with regards to the Legacy Internet Resources as specified in the Appendix to these Terms and Conditions.

  • The Member shall provide the RIPE NCC with complete, updated and accurate information necessary for the provision of the Legacy Services.


More Definitions of Legacy Services

Legacy Services means solely the following services to be performed by Enterprise following the Effective Date for the Legacy Clients pursuant to Section 7, in each case, as such services relate solely to the Enterprise Products (other than Tools) and/or Hosting Services specified in the applicable Legacy Contracts:
Legacy Services means Vehicle Hire Services similar to the New Vehicle Hire Services and/or Vehicle Hire Services which interface with or are intended to interface with or be replaced by the New Services;
Legacy Services means any Basic or other Service added from time-to-time that is not currently offered for purchase by new and/or existing Customers through any of Perth Web Hosting’s Service procurement channels.
Legacy Services means services similar to the New Services and/or services which interface with or are intended to interface with or be replaced by the New Services; “LED” Means the Law Enforcement Directive (Directive (EU 2016/680)
Legacy Services has the meaning ascribed to such term in Whereas clauses of the Agreement.

Related to Legacy Services

  • Pharmacy services means the practice of pharmacy as defined in chapter 18.64 RCW and includes any drugs or devices as defined in chapter 18.64 RCW.
