Legacy equipment may not be supported if the District Director of Technology has determined that the software/hardware has reached “end of life”.
For this purpose, Project Co shall obtain information on Legacy equipment, including name plate loads, manufacturer’s names and serial numbers and shall provide the information to the Authority.

Legacy equipment nameplate loads will be recorded for use in energy end use analysesby the Contractor and revised as required on an annual basis.
NOTE 2: Legacy equipment (in use prior to September 2003) and Non-NRTL equipment in use prior to the implementation of this Program (February 2013) may remain in service and does not require reevaluation, so long as it has not been modified, found to be defective or damaged, and does not present a hazard to the workers.
