LEED Certification definition

LEED Certification means certification of a project by a professional third-party certification entity pursuant to the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) for Schools Rating System developed by the U.S. Green Building Council and administered by the Green Building Certification Institute.

LEED Certification. The District has a LEED Certification Goal XXXX for this project and shall be executed in accordance with Appendix I of this Agreement to include energy modeling. Design Style: The design shall follow the general exterior architecture style for the college so that the new facilities blend in with the surrounding areas and do not look out of place.

LEED Certification. The City requires the Consultant to provide a fully LEED NC Gold Certifiable project and register and document all LEED credits with USGBC per their online program. The Consultant is required to incorporate LEED updates and discussions into allmeetings and design content, to delegate LEED templates to team members, to review all completed template information (including verifying that the General Contractor is completing all required template information for LEED credit) and correct as needed and to manage the entire LEED process throughout the design and construction of the project. The City will pay for application and certification costs to the USGBC.

More Definitions of LEED Certification

LEED Certification means certification of silver level or higher or equivalent in accordance with the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Green Building Rating System New Construction Version 2.2 of the U.S. Green Building Council, as approved by the State of Nevada for pre-2007 projects.

LEED Certification means Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design certification, which is an internationally recognized green building voluntary, consensus-based program that provides third-party verification of green buildings.

LEED Certification means the verification by the U. S. green building council, or a department-approved verifier, that a building project has met certain prerequisites and performance benchmarks or credits within each category of the LEED-H rating system resulting in the issuance of a certification document.

LEED Certification means the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design certification received from the U.S. Green Building Council.
