Leave Loading definition

Leave Loading means the amount specified against that component in Item 11 of Schedule 1; Location means the location of the Position as specified in Item 6 of Schedule 1; Payback Period means a period equal to the total number of weeks, or part weeks, Superannuable Salary paid to the Officer under clauses 14.1 or 14.2, commencing on the End Date; Performance Agreement means a performance agreement between the Officer and the Chief Executive (or Chief Executive’s delegate), setting out agreed objectives and standards for the performance of the duties and discharge of the responsibilities of the Position, in a form determined from time to time by the Chief Executive; Position means the position specified in Item 3 of Schedule 1 within the Department; QSuper Act means the Superannuation (State Public Sector) Act 1990;

  • Except as prescribed in 6.1.4 and Clause 16.1 - Annual Leave Loading of PART 2 - CONSTRUCTION WORK of this Award, the loading prescribed by this paragraph shall not apply to proportionate leave on termination.
