Leasing Agents definition

Leasing Agents shall collectively mean all of the leasing agents listed in Exhibit C attached hereto as to the Properties and such other leasing agents that may be approved by the Members from time to time.

  • After termination / expiry of the contract, the materials if any, lying in the Wet Leasing Agent's yard shall be lifted by the company within two months from the date of the termination of the contract and the Wet Leasing Agent shall be responsible to arrange delivery of the materials as directed by the company for which the Wet Leasing Agent shall be entitled to claim remuneration as is due to him under the provisions of the contract.
