Leasehold Properties definition

Leasehold Properties of any Person means all right, title and interest of such Person as lessee or licensee in, to and under leases or licenses of land, improvements and/or fixtures.
Leasehold Properties means the leasehold properties set out in Part C of Schedule 6 and “Leasehold Property” means any one of them or part or parts of any one of them;
Leasehold Properties means the land and buildings referred to in Schedule 3;
