Leasehold Deed of Trust definition

Leasehold Deed of Trust means, collectively, whether one or more, any leasehold deeds of trust given by the Developer to secure any Construction Loans.
Leasehold Deed of Trust means the leasehold deed of trust that will encumber the Developer's leasehold interest in the Property to secure repayment of the Promissory Note, substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit G.
