Leased Tools definition

Leased Tools means the Equipment as such term is defined in the CPSFA. Legal Requirements are all applicable federal, state and local laws, codes, ordinances, rules, regulations, orders and decrees, and all applicable safety and security regulations, and including, if and to the extent applicable, export control law, the Cargo Preference Act of 1954 and its regulations and any other requirements of Governmental Authorities requiring the use of United States flagged vessels, the Xxxxx Xxxxx Xxx, 00 Xxxxxx Xxxxxx Code Sections 3141-3144 and 3146-3148, and all regulations related thereto, including but not limited to, those set forth in 29 CFR 5.5(a)(1) to (10) and all notice, reporting and other obligations related thereto as required by DOE, and regulations of the United States or any other country, or the European Union, in connection with the services or Scope of Work to be provided by Vendor under this Agreement of any Governmental Authority affecting or having jurisdiction over the Project or the Site.
Leased Tools means tools leased from Boeing by Customer.

Examples of Leased Tools in a sentence

  • Acceptance Criteria with respect to the Leased Tools is defined in Section 9.3. Action is defined in Section 5.3(h).

  • Notwithstanding Section 9.1(ii) above, Vendor’s sole and exclusive warranty with respect to the design, operability and performance of the Leased Tools is that each Leased Tool shall meet the acceptance criteria (“Acceptance Criteria”) specified for each Leased Tool under the CPSFA.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, Vendor’s warranty with respect to the Leased Tools and to any services provided under this Agreement with respect to the Leased Tools leased to Owner under the CPSFA shall extend for twelve (12) months only from the date the Leased Tools have met the Acceptance Criteria under the CPSFA and are ready to be placed in service.

  • Owner shall not acquire any rights to any of Vendor’s, its Affiliates’ or Vendor Responsible Parties’, proprietary computer software or to the Leased Tools leased to Owner pursuant to the CPSFA that may be used in connection with the performance of the Scope of Work.

  • Warranty repair or replacement, or reperformance of deficient services, with respect to the Leased Tools shall be rewarranted for twelve (12) months provided that in no event may any warranty with respect to the Leased Tools exceed twelve (12) months following expiration of the original warranty period applicable to the Leased Tools.

  • Upon termination of all Orders for Leased Parts or Leased Tools under this Article 14, Customer will promptly assemble all Leased Parts or Leased Tools and deliver them to Boeing at a time and place designated by Boeing.

  • During any periods of lease, Customer will, at Customer's expense, insure Leased Parts and Leased Tools and promptly reimburse Boeing for any loss or destruction of, or damage to, such Leased Parts or Leased Tools.

  • All Leased Parts and Leased Tools are to be returned to Boeing in the shipping containers in which they were shipped by Boeing.

  • Notwithstanding any such termination, Customer will remain liable for and will pay to Boeing all lease charges calculated to the date on which the Leased Parts or Leased Tools are returned to Boeing.

  • Customer will pay all costs and expenses incurred by Boeing in connection with repossession of any Leased Parts or Leased Tools, including reasonable attorneys' fees.

Related to Leased Tools

  • Leased Equipment means the computers, servers, machinery and equipment and other tangible personal property leased by Seller for use in the operation or conduct of the Business.

  • Supplier Equipment means the Supplier's hardware, computer and telecoms devices, equipment, plant, materials and such other items supplied and used by the Supplier (but not hired, leased or loaned from the Customer) in the performance of its obligations under this Call Off Contract;

  • Customer Equipment means hardware, software, systems, cabling and facilities provided by you and used in conjunction with the Equipment that we supply to you in order to receive the Services;

  • Computer Equipment means Covered Property that is electronic computer or other data processing equipment, including peripherals used in conjunction with such equipment, and electronic media and records.

  • Customer Premises Equipment or "CPE" means equipment employed on the premises of a Person other than a Carrier to originate, route or terminate Telecommunications (e.g., a telephone, PBX, modem pool, etc.).

  • Other Equipment is leasehold improvements, intangible property such as computer software and software licenses, equipment specifically designed or manufactured for Borrower, other intangible property, limited use property and other similar property and soft costs approved by Bank, including taxes, shipping, warranty charges, freight discounts and installation expenses.

  • Leased Assets shall have the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 3.6.

  • Premise means any structure or group of structures operated as a single business or enterprise, provided, however, the term "premise" shall not include more than one (1) dwelling.

  • Systems and Equipment means any plant (including any central plant), machinery, transformers, duct work, cable, wires, and other equipment, facilities, and systems designed to supply heat, ventilation, air conditioning and humidity or any other services or utilities, or comprising or serving as any component or portion of the electrical, gas, steam, plumbing, sprinkler, communications, alarm, lab, security, or fire/life safety systems or equipment, or any other mechanical, electrical, electronic, computer or other systems or equipment which serve the Building and/or any other building in the Project in whole or in part.

  • Operating Software means those routines, whether or not identified as Program Products, that reside in the Equipment and are required for the Equipment to perform its intended function(s), and which interface the operator, other Contractor-supplied programs, and user programs to the Equipment.

  • The Works means the work or works to be executed or done under this contract.

  • operating site means a site, other than an aerodrome, selected by the operator or pilot-in-command or commander for landing, take-off and/or external load operations;

  • Supplier Software means software which is proprietary to the Supplier and software which is or will be used by the Supplier for the purposes of providing the Services;

  • Fixed Equipment means any property affixed in any way to the Licensed Premises existing at the time Notice to Proceed is given, whose removal would damage the Licensed Premises.

  • The Equipment means any equipment, computer hardware or software, materials, goods and vehicles and associated services necessarily required for the implementation of the Services, which the Supplier cannot reasonably be expected to provide, which are financed or provided by DFID for use by the Supplier.

  • Computer Hardware and Software means all of each Loan Party’s and each of its Subsidiary’s rights (including rights as licensee and lessee) with respect to (a) computer and other electronic data processing hardware, including all integrated computer systems, central processing units, memory units, display terminals, printers, computer elements, card readers, tape drives, hard and soft disk drives, cables, electrical supply hardware, generators, power equalizers, accessories, peripheral devices and other related computer hardware; (b) all software and all software programs designed for use on the computers and electronic data processing hardware described in clause (a) above, including all operating system software, utilities and application programs in whatsoever form (source code and object code in magnetic tape, disk or hard copy format or any other listings whatsoever); (c) any firmware associated with any of the foregoing; and (d) any documentation for hardware, software and firmware described in clauses (a), (b) and (c) above, including flow charts, logic diagrams, manuals, specifications, training materials, charts and pseudo codes.

  • Leased Improvements shall have the meaning given such term in Section 2.1(b).

  • Service Equipment means any equipment, Software, systems, cabling and facilities provided by or on behalf of Verizon and used to facilitate provision of the Services at a Customer Site. Ownership of the Service Equipment does not pass to Customer. Service Equipment does not include Verizon Facilities.

  • Premises means the location where the Services are to be supplied, as set out in the Specification.
