Leased Real Property definition

Leased Real Property has the meaning set forth in Section 3.18(b).
Leased Real Property means all leasehold or subleasehold estates and other rights to use or occupy any land, buildings, structures, improvements, fixtures or other interest in real property held by the Company or any Company Subsidiary.
Leased Real Property means all real property leased, licensed, subleased or otherwise used or occupied by the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.

Examples of Leased Real Property in a sentence

  • There are no other parties occupying, or with a right to occupy, the Leased Real Property.

  • Neither the whole nor any material portion of any Leased Real Property has been damaged or destroyed by fire or other casualty.

  • The Company or one of its Subsidiaries has valid leasehold estates in the Leased Real Property, free and clear of all liens (other than Permitted Liens).

More Definitions of Leased Real Property

Leased Real Property shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.12(b).
