Leased Property Balance definition

Leased Property Balance means, with respect to any Leased Property, as of ----------------------- any date of determination, an amount equal to the aggregate sum of the outstanding related Funded Amounts of all Funding Parties, all accrued and unpaid interest on the related Loans, all accrued and unpaid Yield on the related Lessor Invested Amounts, all related unpaid fees owing to the Funding Parties under the Operative Documents, and all other amounts owing to the Funding Parties by any Lessee under the Operative Documents with respect to such Leased Property.
Leased Property Balance means, with respect to any Leased Property, as of any date of determination, an amount equal to that portion of the Lease Balance which relates to such Leased Property.
