Leased Line Services definition

Leased Line Services or "Service" means the provision of one of the following Leased Lines
Leased Line Services means the services available under this Agreement, as more particularly set out in the Service Schedules.
Leased Line Services means the provision of an unswitched communications link across a part of a telecommunications system between two Network Termination Points, which link is reserved for the exclusive use of the Customer;

  • Orders for Leased Line Services shall be completed according to process set out in this clause.

  • Where any existing Access bandwidth is upgraded, a new minimum duration of twelve(12) months shall apply for the Leased Line Services, with effect from the date of implementation of such upgrade.


More Definitions of Leased Line Services

Leased Line Services means the provision of a part of the Licensed Networks reserved for the exclusive use of a customer without inter-exchange switching arrangements;
Leased Line Services means the provision of an unswitched physical or virtual communications link across a part of a Telecommunications System, which link is reserved for the exclusive use of the Beneficiary;
Leased Line Services or "Service" means the provision of one of the following Leased Lines (i) Access, (ii) Ethernet, (iii) Private Line Service, (iv) EFM or (v) NGA Ethernet as specified on the Customer Order Form;

Related to Leased Line Services

  • Customer Premises Equipment or "CPE" means equipment employed on the premises of a Person other than a Carrier to originate, route or terminate Telecommunications (e.g., a telephone, PBX, modem pool, etc.).

  • Building Services Definitions

  • Installation Services means all those services ancillary to the supply of the Plant and Equipment for the Facilities, to be provided by the Contractor under the Contract; e.g., transportation and provision of marine or other similar insurance, inspection, expediting, site preparation works (including the provision and use of Contractor’s Equipment and the supply of all construction materials required), installation, testing, pre-commissioning, commissioning, operations, maintenance, the provision of operations and maintenance manuals, training, etc.

  • Customer Premises means premises owned, controlled or occupied by the Customer which are made available for use by the Supplier or its Sub-Contractors for provision of the Services (or any of them);

  • Airport Ground Support Equipment means vehicles and equipment used at an airport to service aircraft between flights.

  • Online Services means Microsoft-hosted services to which Customer subscribes under this Agreement. It does not include software and services provided under separate license terms.

  • Data Center(s) means the site or sites at which the Software will be hosted to provide the Authorized Services to Customers. Such site or sites shall at all times be owned or controlled by the Provider.

  • Leased Aircraft Has the meaning specified in the third recital to this Trust Supplement.

  • Service Equipment means any equipment, Software, systems, cabling and facilities provided by or on behalf of Verizon and used to facilitate provision of the Services at a Customer Site. Ownership of the Service Equipment does not pass to Customer. Service Equipment does not include Verizon Facilities.

  • Interconnection Service(s means any Interconnection, Resale Services, 251(c)(3) UNEs, Collocation, functions, facilities, products or services offered under this Agreement.

  • Customer Equipment means hardware, software, systems, cabling and facilities provided by you and used in conjunction with the Equipment that we supply to you in order to receive the Services;

  • Covered Building Service Contract means a contract or subcontract to provide Building Services to the City of Cambridge or any of its departments or subdivisions.

  • Data Center means the location where the production instance of the Cloud Service is hosted for the Customer in its region, as published at: xxxx://xxx.xxx.xxx/corporate-en/about/our- company/policies/data-privacy-and-security/location-of-data-center.html or notified to Customer or otherwise agreed in an Order Form.

  • Satellite services means communications capabilities that utilize an on-orbit satellite for transmitting the signal from one location to another.

  • System with a single service connection means a system which supplies drinking water to consumers via a single service line.

  • Support Services the support services, as described in the Support Services Description, that We provide to You in respect of the Cloud Service.

  • Construction Services means either of the following for construction-manager-at-risk, design-build and job-order-contracting project delivery methods:

  • Interconnection Service Agreement means an agreement among the Transmission Provider, an Interconnection Customer and an Interconnected Transmission Owner regarding interconnection under Tariff, Part IV and Tariff, Part VI.

  • Cemetery services means cremations, grave openings and closings, and installation of grave memorials.

  • janitorial services means those cleaning and caretaking services

  • Utility Services means physical plant including but not limited to pipes, valves, conduits, cables, terminals, transformers, etc. owned and operated by communications, television, hydro, gas and oil companies or any other utility companies.

  • Generation Interconnection Customer means an entity that submits an Interconnection Request to interconnect a new generation facility or to increase the capacity of an existing generation facility interconnected with the Transmission System in the PJM Region. Generation Interconnection Request:

  • public service infrastructure means publicly controlled infrastructure of the following kinds:

  • Primary service area means that area within a five (5) mile radius from any imaging center owned, operated or managed by Administrator, Parent or their Affiliates for which the Group provides professional Radiology services or any hospital at which on-site professional Radiology services are then provided by Physician Employee(s) or Physician Extender Employee(s) of the Group.

  • Service Area means the geographic area approved by the commissioner within which an issuer is authorized to offer a Medicare Select policy.

  • Interconnection Customer means a Generation Interconnection Customer and/or a Transmission Interconnection Customer.
