Leased FF&E definition

Leased FF&E shall have the meaning given such term in ----------- Section 6.12. ------------
Leased FF&E means the furniture, trade fixtures and equipment located within the Buildings or Premises and the Seller-owned furniture, trade fixtures and equipment located within the premises subject to theAssumed Real Property Leases,” as defined in the Asset Purchase Agreement (except as excluded pursuant to the Exhibit B to this Lease, and subject to the FF&E Inventory provisions contained in such Asset Purchase Agreement) and all Landlord Replacement Property.
Leased FF&E has the meaning set forth in Section 2.7.

Examples of Leased FF&E in a sentence

  • Tenant shall maintain an inventory of Tenant’s Tangible Personal Property and the Leased FF&E and shall provide Landlord a report of such inventory, in such form as Landlord may reasonably require, within 30 days after the end of each Lease Year, or more often upon Landlord’s reasonable request.

  • Any furnishings, supplies, equipment or other tangible personal property that is not Leased FF&E or Landlord’s Other Excluded Assets and that can be removed without damage to or impairment of the Buildings (“Tenant’s Tangible Personal Property”) shall remain the property of Tenant and shall not be Leased Property.

  • Any movable or detachable additional FF&E (but not Leased FF&E) purchased by Tenant as part of the Tenant Improvement Commitments shall be owned by the Tenant and removable by the Tenant upon expiration or termination of the Lease.

  • All Landlord Replacement Property shall become part of the Leased FF&E and the property of Landlord.

  • Any Leased FF&E removed in accordance with this Section VIII.I shall be disposed of in a manner approved by Landlord, in its reasonable discretion, and the net proceeds therefrom, if any, shall be paid to Landlord promptly upon receipt.

  • Tenant may remove Leased FF&E that has become inadequate, obsolete, worn out, unsuitable or unnecessary for the operation of the Hospital Facility from the Premises or permit its removal, if (1) such Leased FF&E has been replaced with Replacement Property having equal or greater utility in the operation of the Hospital Facility or (2) Tenant reasonably determines that replacement of such Leased FF&E is not necessary or otherwise beneficial to the operation of the Hospital Facility.

  • This Lease and the following exhibits and attachments constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersede all prior agreements and understandings related to the Premises, including all lease proposals, letters of intent and other documents: Exhibit A (Outline and Location of Premises), Exhibit A-1 (Legal Description), Exhibit B (Schedule of Exclusions from Leased FF&E), Exhibit C (Landlord Improvement Commitments) and Exhibit D (Tenant’s Insurance: Landlord’s Current Insurance Coverage).

  • The leasing of such Leased FF&E shall be deemed included in the rent otherwise payable hereunder by Subtenant, and Subtenant shall not be obligated to pay any base rental, additional rent, or other charge or fee in connection with the use or leasing of such Leased FF&E.

  • During that portion of the term of this Sublease occurring prior to the third anniversary of the Delivery Date, by giving written notice to Sublandlord, Subtenant may purchase all or any portion of the Leased FF&E (other than chairs, desks, conference and other tables, and other furniture) at a purchase price equal to Sublandlord’s then book value therefor.

  • From and after the third anniversary of the Delivery Date, by giving written notice to Sublandlord, Subtenant may purchase all or any portion of the Leased FF&E (other than chairs, desks, conference and other tables, and other furniture) for an aggregate purchase price of One Dollar ($1.00).


More Definitions of Leased FF&E

Leased FF&E means each item of FF&E that is subject to an Equipment Lease.
Leased FF&E means all furniture, fixtures and equipment leased by any Seller as of the date hereof, including, (but not limited to), the furniture, fixtures and equipment located at the Miramar Facility as set forth on Schedule 20 hereto; provided, however, that Leased FF&E shall not include any furniture, fixtures or equipment listed on Schedule 20A hereto.

Related to Leased FF&E

  • Leased Equipment means the equipment which may include but not limited to modem provided by TM on lease basis to enable usage of the Service by the Customer, as may be decided by TM from time to time at its sole discretion.

  • Leased Property shall have the meaning given such term in Section 2.1.

  • Leased Personal Property shall have the meaning given such term in Section 2.1(e).

  • Leased Assets shall have the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 3.6.

It does not include Fixed Improvements, or repair or maintenance of Operating Equipment or Fixed Improvements or displays or decorations that are of a seasonal or temporary promotional nature.

  • Leased Properties have the meaning set forth in Section 3.16 herein.

  • Tenant’s Personal Property means all motor vehicles, Inventories, FAS and any other tangible personal property of Tenant, if any, acquired by Tenant at its election and with its own funds on and after the date hereof and located at the Leased Property or used in Tenant's business at the Leased Property and all modifications, replacements, alterations and additions to such personal property installed at the expense of Tenant, other than any items included within the definition of Proprietary Information.

  • Leased Aircraft Has the meaning specified in the third recital to this Trust Supplement.

  • Subleased Premises means such portions of the Leased Premises being particularly identified on Schedule B, which the parties agree, for the purposes of this Sublease and any square footage calculations pursuant hereto, is approximately 42,244 square feet of office (21,068 square feet on the third floor and 21,176 square feet on the seventh floor) and approximately 9.4312% of common space (building rentable area is 447,917 square feet).

  • Existing Property means all property against which ad valorem property taxes were levied by a local unit for its concluding fiscal year, minus all property that is considered losses for purposes of ad valorem property tax levies of the local unit for the ensuing fiscal year.

  • Fixtures and Equipment means, with respect to any Person, all of the furniture, fixtures, furnishings, machinery and equipment owned or leased by such Person and located in, at or upon the Assets of such Person.
