Leased Facilities definition

Leased Facilities has the meaning set forth in Section 4.13.
Leased Facilities means, collectively, the Leased Land and any buildings and improvements now or hereafter located thereon.
Leased Facilities means any land, building or equipment or other capital asset that has been leased by or to a district.

  • The Tenant, upon the written authorization of the DSHS Leased Facilities team, shall have the right during the existence of this Residential Rental Agreement, only with the prior express written permission of the Landlord (such permission shall not be unreasonably withheld), to make alterations, attach fixtures, and erect additions, structures or signs (collectively “improvements” or individually “improvement”) in or upon the premises hereby leased.

Leased Facilities shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.11(a) hereof.
